Work continues on the floors. This week Chris has taken up all the laminate in the living room and dining room and has shimmed a lot of the dining room. I'm sure he's done a million other things that I don't understand also. He's doing a great job, of course, and I think he's been happy I've been out of the house a lot this week so he can work unbothered. Lucy hates the loud noises and when I come home I usually find her downstairs in the basement in her kennel because it's a little quieter there. Come to think of it, I don't like the loud noises either - I am typing this from my yoga room upstairs with the door closed! :-)
