New car seat!  Chris didn't like the car seat we had for Freddy because if he fell asleep his head would fall sideways and forward.  He thought there was also not enough side impact protection.  So, over $200 later.... we present the Maxi Cosi Pria 70!  It has lots of side protection and is nice because he can be reclined and we can still have our seats all the way back in the car if we want.  Overall we are very happy with our purchase - and why shouldn't we be?  The reviews on Amazon were great!
