Chris and I bought new carpet from Home Depot a while ago, and had it installed today. Yay! In order to save some cash, we moved all the furniture ourselves, and Chris took up the old carpet.











Since most of our furniture is upstairs, there was a lot of moving going on here last weekend. We slept in the living room last night - which was interesting. Pk and Sasha didn't know WHAT was going on.
The carpet guys got here an hour and a half early today - waking me up from my nap - and finished in about 3 hours. We got the 1/2 inch thick carpet pad so you can definitely tell a difference as far as how cushy it feels on your feet.



















Our old carpet was so old and gross so this is the best thing ever right now. So soft and fluffy! Three cheers for carpet!
