Well, we started painting the living room last weekend, yay! First we did the whole scraping the walls/ceiling bit, and then we did the ceiling and the trim. Saturday we woke up, opened the paint up, and realized the color we got for the living room was almost EXACTLY the same color already on the walls - uggh! So we went back to the paint store and had them make it a little darker. I was wondering when we were ever going to get to the painting....

Chris had a lot of extra projects in this room, fixing this bad patch in the ceiling and trying to fix some of the poorly executed projects the people before us did. I just painted..... and was completely worried when we got the paint on there because it looked GREEN.

Which is the color we just painted the dining room! Ack! Luckily, it dried more brown than green. Below pic is of the living room from the dining room, which you can clearly see two different colors. Whew.
