New fireplace! (Sort of). The past few weekends Chris has been working on re-tiling our fireplace. We had the tile sitting in our basement forever but he's been busy with other projects. He did the floor a while back, but is just now finishing up the front and it looks great! He is still fixing up the crown molding on the top, but I'm impatient so I just went ahead and took a photo yesterday. I was kind of nervous about how it would look, because it was hard for me to not see brick there, but it already looks like it has been that way forever. Love it! Now I can't wait to fire up that wood stove!!
