Makin' cheese..... last night I attempted to make mozzarella cheese for the first time. It worked, pretty much. I didn't get EXACTLY the right consistency at the end, but I'm sure next time it will be better. I also made the pizza dough and it didn't rise the way it was supposed to. Hrmpf. The pizza was pretty much edible, but definitely not great. Maybe next time!
