While I was in Chicago watching a lot of bands and enjoying a few days off work, Chris was working nonstop to finish the bathroom floor downstairs. It used to be the fake pergo-type wood floor as the rest of the main floor. When we put in the bamboo flooring downstairs, we decided to tile the bathroom. And of course, the tile I picked out just happened to have these big pores in it that makes it almost impossible to grout without make the tiles look terrible because you would be filling in the holes with grout. SO our bathroom floor was ungrouted for 3 months or so. (Pic #2). This past weekend Chris meticulously taped all the tiles and then grouted them and then put the baseboards on again and bought a new toilet and installed it. It looks SO PRETTY! Yay, Chris!!!
